Pros
The young people who live and have respite days at InFocus. A great HR and payroll department.
Cons
Long shifts lack of support, unprofessional clicky management, and certain nursing staff. No room for progression unless the face fits. Promises of progression for some, yet always unfulfilled. Take advantage of hard working staff with no rewards. Manager will penalise you if you do anything that isn't to their liking. Low pay Way too much training. Constant training and computer based tests to do at home, in your own time, as there is never enough time to do it at work. Very challenging role with no support, for some, and your basically told to just get on with it.
