Pros
There is a surprisingly high amount of job security at INO. Recessions and depressions haven't created large layoffs within the company. Fast pay raises as there's a direct raise system in place.
Cons
Work life and culture pushes a "right on" attitude, leaving you expected to always be pushing yourself as hard as possible. I know many of my coworkers have cried in the locker room after a long shift due to the sheer amount of pressure the managers put on them at some points.
