(Mangers & some associates) Full medical benefits, paid vacation, 401K plan, paid meals, life insurance, high pay raises and an overall friendly and ethic driven workforce. The ability to move forward in this company is amazing. I'm not at liberty to disclose how much these people make or their managers, but I can tell you it's more than a lawyer in most cases. Getting to work with other great associates and in a awesome family environment. Very communicative and flexible place to work. I learned a ton of values and social responsibility working for this company. All of my management skills stemmed from this job.

In my position it was the long, extensive hours. 65 hours a week. Other than that, I have NO complaints about this great company.
