      Pros

      The office at Galvanize has a great view.

      Cons

      Just a couple of items to note. Toxic Atmosphere High Stress Pay not competitive CEO - "We survive on stress and caffeine" No HR This is a complete joke of a company...literally the worst run place in my entire career. It may sound like a good place to work, but stay away. Seriously FYI - The other reviews are from the CEO and her husband

      Pros

      I have unlimited PTO, fantastic heath benefits, and I’m surrounded by one of the best groups of people I’ve ever worked with.

      Cons

      If you don’t like the family vibe - this isn’t for you. Everyone here cares about you and if you prefer work/life separation this isn’t for you.

      They will buy your love if you play them right.

      Cons

      They embezzled money and working for the owner Janine was impossible. I hear she was fired for the shady books but many folks still work there that follow her poor practices.
