Pros

The people outside of executive management (there is one good manager left) Decent place to get started but the pay is low and the workload is high The office space is nice but very empty - feels deserted They have a basic benefits package "We're like a family" They are desperate to hire - if you show up you will likely have a job

Cons

Low pay outside of the Executive Team Bro culture and a non-inclusive environment despite what they say Salary increases are rare Empty office space - feels deserted because it is Slow to hire and backfill vacant positions despite high turnover The company mission and directives are unclear Products are legacy and they are having difficulty acquiring new business High customer and employee turnover Poor communication between departments

Pros

- Opportunity for growth and increase in pay IF YOU SEEK IT. (Don't sit there and wait for an opportunity, work for it) - Fair chance hiring - In-depth education on communications and network technologies - I had great leaders, some no longer there. I never once felt looked down on by the Execs, and they always made me feel valued. - I know quite a few former colleagues who have grown from their experience and taken on more responsibility with more lucrative opportunities they found afterwards.

Cons

- My department was eventually dissolved towards the end of the COVID pandemic, for which I do not personally hold Impulse responsible for. It's life, and when I was let go I said "I would be the one I'd fire too" - With that being said, some of these other comments you may see from 2022 should be taken with a grain of salt. Yes, times got rough, but they got rough for everyone.
