Great environment at this company!

none that I can really think of.

This company IS NOT for the light hearted or the slacker coming from a "start-up" environment — It is for those who are willing to go beyond their role, able to take on tasks and hats outside their focus, actually care about the projects their working on, and at the end of the day being a team player. Believe me, it does not go unnoticed. Not only are you working with creative people, but if you display the integrity to go beyond the set bar, the higher ups are right there to support you.

— There is a certain attitude, work ethic, and refinement of maturity that is needed. This sometimes, and most of the time for employees that do no stick around, is not present. Promotions and roles are occasionally filled out of necessity rather than ability and refinement. Employees who don't stick around also tend to have weak communicative skills, time management, or the will to complete a task
