The reason why a place like this would get negative comments is just because of the nature of the business. Yes the job advertisement and interview are misleading, but its basically just to buy time so you get to understand the amazing opportunity. The type of people that would complain in this job are the type of people that are used to working in a role where you can show up, put little effort in and still get paid a comfortable amount, (so if you're like that, this is not for you) but that isn't ideal forever, this job is for people that are willing to work hard, go through ups and downs, but to get something much more in return.
Also this role is not good for someone who has other commitments because this role requires full effort and attention.
