Pros
It's a small company, so you wear a lot of hats. You quickly gain a lot of professional skills that are transferable to other careers. Also, when I worked there, they offered decent benefits, and matched simple IRA contributions to a certain percentage.
Cons
Nobody ever gets paid what they're worth. Boss is super cheap. For example, they laid off an unpaid intern, who was only reimbursed for commuting expenses. I, for one, worked 50+ hour work weeks and never got a salary raise. I made the same amount no matter how much I worked. The future of the company is built on the backs of college interns.
