Pros

A good place to start, but not ideal for the long haul.

Cons

This company is a total mess, run by a family that treats employees terribly. You're expected to work overtime and weekends without any extra pay, and the workload is overwhelming. During meetings, employees get criticized harshly. Promises of bonuses and raises often vanish into thin air. Your work is micromanaged to an extreme, making any sort of work-life balance a joke. The CEO acts like a dictator, assigning tasks with no regard for any proper chain of command. It's an exhausting, thankless place to work.

Pros

Only the best part is you can get free breakfast

Cons

Imperium Dynamics is one of the worst companies I’ve worked with. They hire people and then expect them to take on all kinds of work without providing proper compensation. I was asked to continue working with no salary, which is unacceptable. It felt like unpaid work was expected for as long as possible. The moment I asked about moving to a FTE, I was told there were “no projects available,” which did not align with what I had been told earlier and felt misleading. The environment came across as toxic, unprofessional, and exploitative. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here to clarify compensation and employment terms in writing before starting.
