There are many. Hustle culture that makes taking time off or enjoying your weekends a challenge, low pay, and an in-office policy for folks based in Syracuse, while execs and others work from home. Far and away the worst thing, however, is the toxic sexist culture. Sexual harassment issues, unequal pay by gender, and gender discrimination are part of standard operating procedure.
