Pros
I have had couple of stints with ImpactQA and have absolutely no doubts in admitting the significant impact it has on my professional growth primarily because of the freedom you get to experiment and the culture where it's ok to try and fail which has helped me to elevate my confidence over the years. I have also had the pleasure to work closely with few of the fearless characters like the one who is leading from the front is the CEO - JP whom I have reported directly to, he is someone who sets high expectations who has helped me to explore my full potential and have been an inspiring figure in my career. I was also fortunate to work with some of the bright minds in technology who has been the pillar of strength to deliver cutting edge solutions to the clients.
Cons
Although I have always embraced the multi-tasking and fast paced environment as it has added significant value to my experience but it can be overwhelming sometimes which is the only downside I see.
