Pros

A week off between Christmas and New Years.

Cons

There is nothing positive about this company. You have never seen such a turn over. People are let go at any time, out of the blue and without a reason or feedback. Turn over rate was 80-90% for the year and a half I was employed there. The only people who stay and post positive reviews are the family members and a couple of cowards who cover up all the shenanigans that happen in the lab and test results. Organizational silos is the culture there; the family makes decisions and expects employees to execute without any knowledge or direction.

Pros

Truly had a wonderful experience working at Immuno Laboratories. Everyone on my lab team was so thoughtful and kind. The other department workers were also very knowledgeable and sweet to work alongside. The owners treated me very well and worked hard to ensure that the company is always up to par. Can’t speak for everyone but this was the best experience at a company that I’ve had. It was a pleasure working at Immuno and I would do it all over again.

Cons

A little better with communication

Pros

There may be one or two employees who are good people, but you wouldn't know it by how private they stay for fear of getting in trouble for being too friendly

Cons

If you're considering working here, I strongly urge you to think twice. The work environment is extremely toxic and emotionally draining. Leadership is erratic and unprofessional, often crossing personal and professional boundaries. Conversations that should remain private—especially with HR—are reportedly monitored via surveillance equipment, which severely undermines trust and confidentiality. There is an overwhelming culture of fear and micromanagement. Personal political views are not just unwelcome—they're weaponized. Employees often feel pressured to conform or stay silent to avoid retaliation. Boundaries are not respected, with invasive and inappropriate questions about personal beliefs and private matters being a frequent issue. Rather than fostering productivity, management regularly disrupts employees with irrelevant conversations, yet expects uninterrupted performance. Disagreements, no matter how minor or respectfully presented, are met with hostility or termination. Compassion for employees' personal hardships is virtually nonexistent. This is not a safe or supportive place to grow your career. Until leadership changes or a serious restructuring occurs, I cannot recommend working here. If you value a healthy work environment, respectful leadership, and professional boundaries, this is not the place. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. FYI: Most of the good reviews here have been entered by the owners and family members.
