The small size means you can have the opportunity to get your feet wet in areas that may be closed to you in other larger organizations. Organizational restructuring has become part of the culture at the ITN. You have to get used to constant change, sometimes contradictory, which can lead to a decrease in morale when done one too many times (many have reached their threshold levels eons ago). Information transferring within groups continues to be a weak point.
