Pros

The people who work at the Bethesda office are amazing. Smart, interesting group of folks who really work hard to get the job done. HR has done a lot to increase our benefits packages which further enhances our lives - professional and personal. Overall, many people within the office state that this is one of the best companies they have ever worked for. The small size means you can have the opportunity to get your feet wet in areas that may be closed to you in other larger organizations. If you have the ability and show the initiative, you can really shine here.

Cons

Organizational restructuring has become part of the culture at the ITN. You have to get used to constant change, sometimes contradictory, which can lead to a decrease in morale when done one too many times (many have reached their threshold levels eons ago). Information transferring within groups continues to be a weak point.
