I’ve been trying to think of one and I can’t. I had many high hopes and was made promises that never came to fruition.
Cons
Upper level management is unprofessional, and unqualified in the facets they are responsible to oversee. You are told to falsify LIHTC files. The pay is much less than average. It’s a struggle to be reimbursed for expenses and raises.... don’t expect one. They want you to do the minimal amount of training. Little room for growth. Lack of support from supervisors. No consistency. Sparse benefits package.
