Meet some interesting people and of course get to be around all the fabulous clothes. Looks good on your resume if you can put up with it long enough to list it. But beware, owner thinks working in her store is a "career" and expects you to never leave and dedicate your life to her.

Other employees are super catty, the owner is unpredictable, difficult to please, sometimes downright cruel, and has zero respect for your personal life. Very hostile environment.

I literally can't think of any other than the location of the store.

I can't believe she's still in business. The owner is cruel and unbelieveably hostile and creates a matching atmosphere.
