I love working here because of the company culture. The company puts their contractors and their clients before their profit. They care more about delivering a great service to their clients than making a buck and they value taking care of their contractors more than anything. I enjoy everyone that I work with. I feel valued and appreciated. I feel like I am doing meaningful work for bettering small businesses. And, most of all, work is fun! I am learning new things everyday and growing my overall skill set. My co-workers are constantly encouraging me and building me up.

Honestly? The hardest part of the job is finding people who are as committed to excellence as everyone else on the team. We don't see a job as just something to clock in and out of. We want to enjoy what we do and we want everybody who joins our team to be encouraging and uplifting.

The team is very knowledgeable and supportive and feels like a family. We can always provide insights and suggestions and there`s a deep sense of trust in everyone. My hours are flexible enough to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the incentives are amazing. Plus, we have a monthly happy hour night with games and prizes!

I literally cannot say anything bad because every time we struggle with something, we all get together and figure it out.
