Pros

Working on the account side here is all about relationships. We really treat our clients like partners, which makes the work feel more meaningful. Management is very approachable; you don’t have to jump through five hoops just to get a quick answer on a project.

Cons

We have very high internal standards for client reporting, so the "polishing" phase of a project can be intense. It’s great for the client, but it definitely pushes you to be a bit of a perfectionist.

Pros

If you want to improve your SEO or PPC skills, this is the place to be. I joined as a junior, and the amount of hands-on training I've received has beyond my expectations.

Cons

Our clients' workloads can become quite substantial during the busy season. It's a "good" problem to have because the business is booming, but it simply means you must be extremely disciplined with your time management.

Pros

I’ve been with the team for a little over a year now, and the biggest thing that stands out is the lack of ego. Usually, in digital marketing, you get a lot of "gatekeeping" with strategies, but here, even the senior leads are open to hearing a fresh perspective on a campaign.

Cons

Because we’re growing so fast, sometimes the "standard" way of doing things changes quickly. It keeps you on your toes, but you definitely have to be okay with a bit of a "build it as we fly it" vibe sometimes.
