1. CEO is a very good and polite person. 2. Good company for freshers who can work at low salary for 8 to 10 hours.

1. Poor Management. Management is not clear among themselves about project features. 2. No compensation for over time. 3. Some activities were asked to perform other than professional work. 4. They want each and every details of 8 hours of work on email at EOD which is annoying. 5. Provide very low salary with no increment. 6. No documentation of project.

Great Management, Great project. Hence one can learn a lot at a short time by joining this company. Helpful team members.
