      Pros

      There are some good, smart people in all of the Idera properties.

      Cons

      If you were part of an acquisition, your company will be gutted and completely changed from what you have known. In all cases, you are a candidate to be replaced with a lower-cost resource, regardless of quality. You probably won't get a raise unless you threaten to quit or maybe if you get a promotion but a promotion will come with the old work plus the new work. Randy is important in your life but will probably make you sick.

      Pros

      Other sales reps are nice to work with. Helpful.

      Cons

      Management. Management. Management. Pay is bad. Benefits. PTO is provided but expected to still work while out. Top heavy organization. Commission statements are rarely provided. I wish that I could come up with more pros but the company environment has significantly gotten worse over the years. No values are brought forth or followed. Theres no accountability or adequate support to change things up. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it doesn’t mean it is going to get better.
