Pre covid 9-12 hr days Lots of Saturdays Double standards by floor coordinator Hypocrisy by floor coordinator Disrespectful by floor coordinator Issues that were sent to shop supervisor never delt with. No Hr In building, had to email issues with pay or attendance. Sometimes no response for days Post covid Less than 40 hr work weeks, varys with work load. Plant manger, shop supervisor among another fired within months. Floor coordinator took over, doesn't know how to run a shop. No accountability People taking extra breaks, longer breaks, family members of floor coordinator watching Netflix on company computer and company time. Double standards List goes on, she's not a good supervisor. No accountability at all.
