First of all don't go by all positive reviews, those are added by team only for better rating. Bad bad bad company Lot of politics and favouritism. Even if you work hard with lot of passion, they will appreciate only their favorite people. Favorite people get promoted within a year of joining. MD thinks she knows everything and doesnt care about employees. She has zero knowledge. HR is very rude and follow their masters. They are only to trouble employees. They are busy hiring their friends from different fields and giving them good appraisals and positions. Management will work only for their benefits. No work life balance Unnecessary deductions in salary Lot of restrictions No good clients and good work. Don't go by photos of fun activities. They are nothing but an invitation for a weekend work. Management will never ever support you, rather will blame you and in front of client. No job security. They can fire you anytime. You won't receive your FNF on time.
