      Pros

      great hours, other than having to work one weekend each week. pay is good.

      Cons

      extremely micromanaged, no job security. worked at company for four years and was fired with no warning at all, received a teams call by management part way into my work day and directly after a consult I had sold. Extremely devastating after working very hard for the company for four years and been over quotas for the full four years.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
