This company truly only cares about one thing and that is their bottom line. They fire staff, pile more work on the next person, constant change without allowing time for the last change to to even take effect, EXTREMELY poor pay for RNs, front desk and managers. Bonus structure is terrible and they structure it so you cannot reach your goals. HR and payroll are terrible - constantly messing things up and then are terrible about responding - seriously wonder how they’re not in legal trouble. Turnover is constant bc they don’t have competitive pay, benefit packages and most importantly they do not care for their team. They sell, sell, sell but do not have the ability to service the customers who have bought bc they have outsold their capability to do so. Rather than slow things down, they work everyone to death and then fire them! The CEO believes no one does anything while having no idea what anyone does bc he doesn’t bother to find out.
