      Love my job helping guests feel great!

      My pay has changed 3 times in two years and it gets lower each time. Very unfortunate for a class act company to do this to outstanding sales people.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
