      Interesting solution but too much organizational change - Anonymous employee IdeaScale Employee Review

      Pros

      Option to work from home Unlimited PTO Not a place that will micromanage you.

      Cons

      No health insurance benefits, just a monthly contribution. New CEO changed the entire vibe of the company, which has caused employees to leave and many are unhappy with the changes. Old CEO left the company which was odd and no real explanation to staff. Lots of people leaving, people getting let go. Just doesn't seem like the happy environment it once was. There seems to be lack of direction but we keep being told the company is in a hyper growth phase.

      Pros

      Working at IdeaScale has been nothing short of an absolute career win. The team is extremely supportive and flexible while still fostering an environment of high-level success which is rare to come across. The CEO is very involved and all of the managers uplift their teams and coach them through difficult situations. HR is always available and responsive, and Glassdoor reviews are encouraged so that the company can continue to grow and adapt to the needs of its employees. Sales people have uncapped OTE and a realistic quota to hit. Great company to work for in any department!

      Overall IdeaScale is a really positive place to work – you'll work with great people, have pretty good work/life balance, and will be able to make an impact.

      Cons

      Company is working with some ever-present constraints, coming from legacy operations and tight regulation.
