Pros
You get to work on big-name brands and high-profile campaigns, which can be great for your portfolio. It's a fast-paced environment, so you learn a lot quickly—especially if you're self-motivated. The creative team is talented.
Cons
The culture is heavily male-dominated, which affects everything from communication dynamics to advancement opportunities. Compensation is far below industry standards, and there's little effort to retain or develop junior talent. It's very much a "sink or swim" mentality—those who adapt quickly are rewarded with more responsibility (but not necessarily more pay), and those who struggle are quickly let go without much support. High turnover and burnout are common.
