- One location is very organized, runs smoothly, and is well-managed. - The director at the well-organized location is great at her job and knows how to manage effectively. - Kids and class sizes are manageable - Good Starting Pay

- The other location is completely disorganized, high-stress, and poorly managed. The kids are almost unmanageable. - Over time, I felt like I was constantly nitpicked and critiqued, which made the job much more stressful. - My work and contributions were not acknowledged or appreciated. - Despite handling my resignation professionally and giving notice, I was unexpectedly fired, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. - The two managers, especially the director, were unpleasant to work with, which added to the challenges. - There is constant revolving door of employees, I usually didn’t see people stay for more than about a month to three
