IFG provides great career opportunities to individuals. I have seen people be given opportunities to grow their career if they are willing to work hard and try new things. IFG has invested in my personal and professional growth and I am grateful for the experiences I have had. The benefits are also top notch and with the wellness program it really helps offset to cost of the premiums!

HR screwing day shift mill manager. Nepotism. If you voice your mind and management doesn't like it you will be targeted. Management has ran off the most skilled tradesman that are available in the area. They're always looking for tradesman and have a bad reputation in North Idaho. They are more concerned about feelings and being buddy buddy than getting the job done.
