I think the other recent reviews do a lot of justice here but heres a quick take. I would not recommend working here right now with the current creative leadership. Despite what you're told, you more than likely will be stuck doing production work on nights and weekends and come out with nothing valuable learned or added to your portfolio. Communication is dismal, the room is littered with whispers and gossip. The Leadership will sell you at first on a whole story of "building" and "working towards" something but it has been a few years since he started and the place has only gotten worse. Everyone has a different experience places and reviews can be a bit subjective but 100% of the people that worked there when I started have left both voluntarily and involuntarily for very negative reasons. There is a cycle of turn overs every year or so. Your job security is dependent on the clients they have in the door and during slow season theres a good chance you will get laid off. I saw many people fired/ let go for questionable reasons and all of those job endings were swept under the rug. I don't think the company will do well because no one wants to work there once they get a feel for the place. It doesn't take people a long time to figure out that good designers don't always make good leaders.
