      Pros

      Stunning buildings with amazing facilities. Tight knit, friendly team across 4 sites who all support each other. Good training offered and flexible shifts for all staff. Understanding and supportive Higher management and HR team. Outstanding product which the team can be proud to sell.

      Cons

      None really. Pay is better at larger organisations who perform the same role but other aspects and perks more than make up for this.

      During the week only 7 hours a day. Good pay.

      Pros

      This is a refreshing and enjoyable place to work. They really care for and value their staff. Excellent support is readily available throughtout. The Lincoln team are all friendly and proffesional. The bussiness is progressing in every aspect. The job could never be bland as there are many exciting projects to get envolved with. The building is unique and beautifully presented, one can feel pride in the product you are delivering.

      Cons

      There are a couple of long shifts, sometimes weekends and evenings.
