you can save a decent amount of money if you are placed at a good location.
Cons
new management, hours cut, union works for parking company bosses not workers, all garages are getting hotel business which means no tips, very few monthly customers = no xmas bonuses. very hard if not impossible to get sat or sun off. many customers degrade you because you are a valet.
