Great co-worker that are passionate about what they do. The work can be interesting.
Cons
No leadership or direction from the C-Suite. The company has gone throw a massive downsizing and loss of talented staff due to zero recognition of achievements, no raises in five years, and deteriorating tools (no computer upgrades, outdated software, unwillingness to purchase enough licences for critical software)
