Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to improve the products. Nice office.
Cons
Office policies are either minimum required by law or less. I learned the term "black company" while researching the legality of many things going on in this company. You have to know Japanese labor law, because the company won't tell you your rights (also it seems like they don't even know the law), there is no HR department. Everything has to be done as the director says, if you want your voice to be heard you will have a hard time. Management is top-down only with almost no opportunities to be creative. You are basically forced to do overtime, wether it is necessary or not. You can be praised one day for doing an extremely good job, but if you do the smallest mistake, management will turn against you. Salary raises are very low no matter how good of a job you have done. Most people stay less than a year, but management is not concerned since "everybody can be replaced".
