Proper training is non existent , real rules and regulations aren’t made or followed. You could be the best worker they’ve ever had but if you get in the way of the corruption of management happening under the owners noses you will be fired with no warning, there is no warning or write up system in place. Do what they say and shut up. Keep your integrity to yourself.
