This is really a hidden gem of a company with great leadership that brings a strong value system, experience and vision. They really care about people and team Company has a strong technology in the AI space

The potential is large but they are conservative in hiring and growth.

We actually get lots of resumes for people who want to work in an ice-cream shop.

So the other of remote is difficult to work and manage semi-motivated individuals. Had a couple of individuals who were just not able to adapt to pandemic situation. I would preferred to let go of them quickly and move on but company culture was to give people time and space to adjust. This was frustrating.
