Pros
Good environment with pretty good kids. Very competent management. Decent resources and supplies for the children. Friendly coworkers.
Cons
Sometimes it didn't feel like I was being paid for all of the work. There wasn't a custodial service when I was there, so as an assistant teacher I felt like some days I spent 75% of my day cleaning.
