      My supportive co-workers help me survive this place.

      Cons

      The main reason why this company has such a toxic work atmosphere is the presence of the horrible managers. Many of the managers here are very disrespectful and arrogant. They always talk down on the employees, and they always make us feel dumb by being condescending and insulting us whenever they can.

      Warm and welcoming environment filled with some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Extremely transparent higher-ups and everyone is willing to help one another. I learned a lot about advertising from every department.
