Pros
The only pros here are my friendly colleagues.
Cons
The management's expectations from the employees are too high compared to how much we get paid. The managers set unreasonable goals and targets that require us to work for extended hours everyday and lose our work-life balance. Meanwhile, when it comes to compensation and benefits, the management is really lacking. The effort required is too much, yet the pay is too low.
