Management preach about the business model and the core values, but don't even remotely act on them. It's a paper exercise.

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.
Cons
The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
