Pay and benefits. Good opportunities to volunteer in the community.
Cons
Toxic hierarchical antiquated culture. It's like working in the mid 80's and the employee's are at the whim of the oligarchy. If you want to feel passionate and connected to your employer and colleagues, this is not the place for you.

Sorry to hear of your experience. The positives of great pay, benefits, and community investment are tough to counterbalance if you aren't feeling connected the the culture otherwise. As a global employer, we are committed to providing market competitive compensation and benefits, maintaining fair labor practices, and ensuring a work environment that reflects our core values and culture everywhere we operate. We welcome your specific feedback in our quest to continuously improve the workplace.
Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.
Cons
The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
