Great employees, managers are fair.

I don't have any. All good.

People treat each other with respect. There can be good potential growth for the company. Management has some vision. Laid back environment.

There is no career path and HR does not take intiative to develop career path for employees. Promotional opportunities are very minimum. Project management is at infant stage and management has not totally bought into the idea of project management
