Pros
My lower level bosses were great. Kind folks, helpful. Allowed me to pick hours that would work around my school schedule. Pay was adequate compared to some other engineering internships considering that I could work during school, but per hour is on the low side to be competitive.
Cons
ITT is a huge company, our CEO visited once every two years. Their didn't seem to be much of a soul to this company. The work environment was a bit dreary, working in two decade old cubicles.
