Pros
I have had a very good experience so far at ITH Pharma, as I am approaching my 3-year anniversary I like to reflect on my achievements.
Opportunities are always provided to grow and expand within your department at ITH, I myself have benefitted through this and expanded my abilities and expertise far wider than I would have expected since starting here. Also, for me the most important thing is people, I thoroughly enjoy working with my team here - everyone greets you with a happy smile in the morning which always starts my day off on a positive note.
As I speak with many employees about their experience during the first few months at ITH, I know the work in production is very rewarding, but it is also hard work as we must ensure top quality - if you are planning to work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, you must be prepared for this - but I would say definitely worth it for all the positive impact you can make working in this industry.
