      Pros

      I prefer small companies and IT Retail is exactly that. Less red tape, quick to make decisions, and much easier to get things done. Everyone wears multiple hats providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy the day always growing and experiencing all that the business has to offer.

      Cons

      Can be challenging for anyone who enjoys a structured well defined work environment. If so working here would likely not be the job for you :)

      Pros

      Great work environment! Everyone encourages the one another, and I feel like we all are working toward one common goal! We also get free lunches and breakfast! Probably one of the best places to work in Riverside, CA!!

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons! If you are not willing to learn and grow this is probably not the place to work!
