Pros
This is coming from a person who really enjoyed their time at the company but if I was giving real advice I would say stay away. Here are the perks: -The office space is cool -They usually give you freedom to do whatever you want. - Everyone in the office is nice.
Cons
I honestly don't know how this company is still in business to be honest. The COO, David Whitaker has a skeptical past and does not know how to run a company. They expect a lot but there is no leadership from the owner or COO. They are constantly late to pay their employees and they are consistently inconsistent. Don't listen to other reviews around there, a lot of people have left this company or got laid off. They may have left negative reviews because of this. There are some things that are true.... - they do not give out free lunch. - there are no employee benefits for full time employees. - there is no "team" feeling. - There is no leadership from the COO or Owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a full time job, I didn't see any growth and it seems like there is a high risk/ no job security.
