      Pros

      I hit a rough patch in my life and their management went out of the way to work with me. They helped me find a place closer to home so I could be with my family. The Manager Derek was professional and was easy to deal with even though I was difficult at times.

      With new management in place, the environment is a better place to work in. It is more professional and we have a better foundation.

      Pros

      It's a paycheck, that's it. The dispatching staff is good. Also, they'll let you work as much as you want.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that there are no pay raises. There is limited upward mobility.
