7yISEP welcomed a new President and CEO in 2016 and has undergone many changes since this review was submitted in 2015. Among those changes are a revised compensation structure and expanded benefits. We are also investing in our team's professional development through training, conferences, coaching, and international and domestic travel for nearly all team members. In August 2018, 96% of respondents to the annual ISEP Staff Survey reported their manager seeking ways to help them grow professionally.
