Pros
ISA has a family type environment. They're very welcoming and the attire is also business-casual - you don't feel intimidated at all. They provide a sense of belonging and purpose. You always have someone to go and talk to if need be. I worked here as a summer student marketing assistant position and would highly recommend ISA to other students looking for summer jobs. The hours are good and they are flexible with working from home when need be. The only reason I left is because I had to go back to school or else I would have stayed!
Cons
If you're a student, it feels like a lot of responsibility all at once, but at the same time if you've already gone through your first year of university that should feel like second nature. Due to the location, traffic can suck during rush hours if you commute from farther.
