We ensure that we are regularly communicating our plans and priorities for the future through monthly global updates, regular newsletters, weekly emails from our CEO, and our Global Teams Channel. We also run a weekly induction for all new hires, to welcome them to the company, as well as detail our systems and processes and how to navigate Delve (our company directory). We work hard to make sure IRIS is a Great Place to Work for all our employees, and we are delighted to have been recognised as such by Great Place to Work® for two years running, as well as being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, UK’s Best Workplaces for Women and for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work®.
