Management and the level just under management was biased in ways. Let me go based on sick days, I had children and as a single parent had to care for them. "Management" said they had a "list" of items contributing to my lay off but they never showed me said list. (They really should have. Upon my lay off I asked for said list, and it was not provided). I was working overtime on a regular basis before this layoff happened. I believe there is too much drama among the "management" (specific people in general, who somehow simply don't like others.... ) there seemed to be a vendetta in play. So happy to be away from IRI now and working in a drama free place. I am a hard worker who respects people and I expect the same.
